First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rahul Industries.
Sales Support
We started with an initial screening call and then a resume review. After that, there was an aptitude test followed by a group discussion. We also did a role play and a product pitch. Then came the objection handling round, a technical evaluation, and a behavioral interview. The process concluded with a manager round, HR discussion, salary negotiation, and finally the offer and onboarding.

Business Analyst
It was a nice interview with average questions. Most of the questions were on SQL and Excel. Python was not really required, just a basic understanding of Excel or Python was enough. A case study was also part of the interview.
- Can you tell me about your basic understanding of skills?
- Do you have experience with SQL?
- Can you answer some Excel-related questions?
Marketing Assistant
So the interview process here can be pretty intense. You're looking at potentially multiple rounds, starting with a recruiter call, then maybe a technical screen, and then an onsite interview. It's a demanding role, so expect a high workload and hectic schedules, with pressure being a common theme. While the salary and benefits are good, and people generally like the culture and infrastructure, work-life balance and job security can be a bit of a concern.
- Can you share your previous experience and any hobbies you have?
- What do you consider your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
- Could you tell me a bit about your family background?
Software Developer
So first, you apply with your resume and cover letter, and then HR or some software screens it. Then there's an initial phone or video call to check if you're qualified and interested. After that, you might have a skills test or assignment to see if you can actually do the job. The first real interview is in-person or video, focusing on your experience, tech skills, and if you'd fit in. Then, a second interview, also in-person or video, but with more people, digging deeper into your skills and how you'd handle situations. Finally, you meet with senior leaders in person to make sure you're a good cultural fit and generally suitable for the company. They'll also check your references to verify your work history. If all goes well, you get a job offer with details on salary, benefits, and start date, and you can try to negotiate it. Then comes onboarding with orientation and training.
- What do you know about DBMS?
- Can you explain OOPS concepts?
- Tell me about SQL.
