Sales Supervisor
It was alright. First, I had a basic in-person interview, then a call with the regional manager. Overall it was pretty easy and straightforward. They want you to understand KPI metrics, look presentable, and say you want to be in retail long-term, looking for retention.
- Are you able to work on holidays?
Sales Supervisor
We had 2 interviews. One was in person with the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager. The other interview was over the phone with someone from corporate. It was a simple and straightforward process. I really liked the Assistant Store Manager and Manager at this location.
- Are you okay with earning commission and working with an "up" system?
