It was an easy interview, the people were super nice and personable. You should be professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic because they want someone who can represent the brand. Know your selling points, retail experience, and how you work with others, plus what you bring to the table.

I applied a week before getting a call for an interview. The next day, I went in. Everyone was super welcoming, even before they knew I was interviewing. My interviewer was great, he explained the company well and asked if I knew about them. I confirmed and then explained my interest in the brand and standard interview topics. I felt the interview went well, it was about 15 minutes long. He covered the company's focus, associate expectations, and benefits/salary. He mentioned they're still evaluating candidates and I should hear from the area manager in a week or two for a follow-up call. It's been two weeks with no word. The last time I spoke to him, he said they're still interviewing and he'd keep me updated. It was a good experience overall, and rag&bone seems like a great place, so I'm still hopeful.

The interview process was smooth. The hiring manager was very down to earth and personable. They focused more on personality questions than work experience. They want to hire people who are cool, personable, and passionate about clothing.
