First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raftelis.
Associate Consultant
Applied online and heard back from HR about a week later to schedule a 30-minute phone screen to discuss my interest in Raftelis and the role. A few weeks later, I had a virtual interview with the team I would be working with, followed by an on-site skills assessment test the next week. After not hearing back for a few weeks post-assessment, I followed up via email and was informed they had chosen someone else. The process was pretty simple and low-stress, but an update after the final interview would've been nice.
- What are your career aspirations for this next position?
Associate Consultant
Had an HR phone screen first, then two more phone screens with the hiring team. After that, I was invited to the office for more chats with the hiring team and others. The whole process finished with a Microsoft Excel test. I got feedback quickly after each step.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join this company?
Associate Consultant
The interviewer reached out via email to set up a phone interview. They called me on time and we spoke for about thirty minutes. I was told I'd hear back within four days about the outcome, but I haven't received any updates since then.
