First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raftelis.
IT Support
The interview process was quite extensive, spanning about two months and involving five distinct rounds where I spoke with roughly 15 different team members. Everyone I met was professional and made me feel welcome. The questions they asked were pretty direct. Even though I didn't get an offer in the end, I really felt that after going through such a long process, a phone call would have been a better way to let me know than just an email.
- Can you describe how you would manage interruptions, especially when less tech-savvy employees bypass the ticketing system to interrupt you directly?
Senior Consultant
The interview process was pretty standard and involved four stages. It kicked off with a phone call with HR. Then, there was a Microsoft Teams interview with a senior firm member to talk about the job. After that, another Teams interview happened with an executive vice president to go over the role again. The final stage was an in-person interview at the office, which lasted half a day. This last part included three interviews back-to-back with different people, and then we had lunch. The whole thing felt really conversational, and everyone was super nice and easy to chat with, seeming really enthusiastic about their work and the company.
- Can you share your motivation for applying to this position?
Intern
Did a few video interviews, mainly non-technical behavioral and fit questions. They asked about my previous skills and how they apply to the role. After the video interviews, I got emails from HR about goals and had to submit a secondary application. It was a positive experience overall, and everyone was really friendly.
- How have your past experiences equipped you for this position?
Associate Consultant
Applied online and heard back from HR about a week later to schedule a 30-minute phone screen to discuss my interest in Raftelis and the role. A few weeks later, I had a virtual interview with the team I would be working with, followed by an on-site skills assessment test the next week. After not hearing back for a few weeks post-assessment, I followed up via email and was informed they had chosen someone else. The process was pretty simple and low-stress, but an update after the final interview would've been nice.
