First there was a screener interview, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was pretty conversational and not super structured. Seemed a bit unclear about the exact role and its main duties. I never got a response back, the hiring manager went dark.

I had a recruiter screen to go over my background. After that, I had a 45-minute technical interview with three engineers. The interview focused on machine learning, covering both applied uses and fundamental concepts, but it wasn't a coding interview.

The interview process took place over two rounds. It began with a recruiter screen, followed by a panel interview featuring three individuals of varying levels. This panel interview incorporated both technical and behavioral questioning. I found the overall process to be a positive experience. The recruiter maintained consistent communication and provided prompt responses. The offer was extended just an hour after completing the second round.

I applied to Raft with high hopes because of their good industry reputation. The start was good, with two one-hour interviews where I felt I showed my skills well. The day after my last interview, I got positive feedback and expected a quick, good result. But then, things got disappointing. Weeks turned into months with no clear word from them. After over two months of waiting, I found out the decision was still pending because they were waiting for approval for a federal contract. This lack of openness and long wait has been tough. I know outside things can affect hiring times, but candidates should get clear and fast communication, especially when there are big delays. It's a letdown to spend so much time preparing for interviews and then be left in uncertainty for so long. I hope Raft can make their communication and hiring process better so candidates know about potential delays and don't wait forever.

  • Can you explain how to design a Chat Bot?
