Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radwell International.
Electronics Technician
I went through a written test about basic electronics and then a hands-on skills test where I had to solder and desolder both through-hole and surface-mount components.
- Can you list the test tools you know how to use?
Repair Technician
I've been applying to a bunch of jobs, and with Radwell, they were really good at keeping in touch, unlike other places where I heard nothing. Even though I didn't get this job, I knew I wasn't a perfect fit for the requirements, and that's okay. Everyone there was nice, from the person at the front desk to HR. They seem like a busy team that's growing fast. I'm hoping to get more experience and try again later.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
QA Technician
It was a pretty simple interview, they didn't ask many technical questions. Mostly they had me discuss my past experience and hardly any standard behavioral questions. It was relaxed and straightforward. I only met with an HR rep and the GM. The interview was only about 15 minutes long. Just dress in a shirt and tie, be polite, and you'll do fine.
- Can you tell me about your previous role at [previous company]?
