So first, they looked at my resume. Then there was a phone screen just to check how I communicate. After that, it was a panel interview where they wanted to see my sales expertise and how I handle role-play situations. Finally, I met with the company leaders to wrap things up.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for the UK Sales role was a bit of a rollercoaster. It started with a Skype call in a boardroom in Newcastle-under-Lyme with an HR assistant from New Jersey. A few days later, I got a call from her, super enthusiastic, offering me the job, but it was conditional on a background check. Since I have a clean record, I figured that would be a breeze. But, about a week later, she called again to say they were going with other candidates. This put me in a tough spot because I'd already quit my old job. I asked her why they pulled the offer, but she wouldn't say, which felt like a Data Protection Act violation. I emailed for info, and then the CEO of Radwell UK called and asked me to come in for another interview. He said the offer was pulled due to 'cultural issues,' but still wouldn't give specifics. So, I had another interview with the CEO, but still didn't get the job because, apparently, I had the wrong skillset, which totally contradicts what they said initially. It's weird how they change their minds so easily and seem to break data laws out of pure cluelessness. The whole experience was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even the devil.

Went through 4 steps over the coarse of about 3 weeks. Communicated via email and phone with Regional Sales manager out of Columbus, Oh. Process that has taken 4 steps should deserve a quick email response back letting you know position has been filled or whatever after following up like I did to find out if there was going to be a next step. Never received response to my last voicemail. Process just stopped to silence. Thats how things work over there.
