The interview process was really fast and comprehensive. Two HR reps interviewed me simultaneously, and they were both very nice. I got a callback not long after.
- Tell me about a situation where you exceeded expectations.

A recruiter contacted me two days after I applied online. We talked on the phone about my preferred locations and my reasons for leaving my current role. He seemed to like my responses and set up an interview, sending me an email with the manager's name and the office address. Upon arrival, I had trouble finding the specific office in the shared building and had to use the directory. The front desk staff seemed unaware of my visit, and I noticed they weren't in uniform, which I found unusual for a medical setting. After checking with someone else, I was directed down a hallway, to turn, and to knock loudly on a locked door. Fortunately, someone was exiting as I arrived, so I didn't need to knock. The manager's office was immediately next to the door. I waited in the break room for about 10 minutes before being called in. The manager asked me a lot of scenario-based questions, which I answered to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, I was not extended an offer.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced in your current job and how you handled it?

I went to a job fair and talked to the manager for two local locations. She was really nice and explained what the job would be like and what she expected. I liked that she told me about the good and bad things that can happen in the day, not to scare me, but to see if I could handle it.
- Can you name two good qualities you'd bring to the Company?
