The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and messaged me about a job. After we talked about the job details, we set up a quick intro chat to go over the role more. Everything was smooth and fast, from when they first contacted me to setting up the meeting. In just a few days, I went from being found online to having a proper talk about the job. The recruiter was nice and replied fast, making it all easy. It was a good experience that didn't take much work. Being messaged directly on LinkedIn made finding a job simpler.

Administrative Assistant
I applied online and heard from a recruiter three days later. Two days after that, we had a phone screen. The recruiter asked me some questions. It felt like a bad fit because the recruiter seemed dismissive and didn't know my resume, and I don't know why she called me. She said she wouldn't pass my resume up because she felt management would penalize her for my future career goals, thinking I wouldn't stay long-term. She didn't let me explain, and I got annoyed. I thanked her and hung up. She did say to check the website for other roles that might be a better fit.
