The technical interview will go deep into your resume, projects, and experience. Depending on your domain, we'll cover core topics. For protocol stack/telecom, expect MAC, RLC, PDCP, 5G NR, timers, call flows, and logs. For software, we'll focus on data structures, OS concepts, memory management, and debugging. For OS/Linux roles, we'll ask about threads, synchronization, IPC, and system calls. It might also involve whiteboard/pseudo code, debugging a code snippet, or explaining architecture/design choices.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the 5G RLC/MAC Layer?
  • Could you describe a 5G call flow?

I went through three interview rounds at Radisys. First, there was a technical iOS interview with Radisys, then another technical iOS interview with Jio, and finally a managerial interview. After the last round, I reached out to HR for an update. HR mentioned they were waiting on another candidate whose first round went really well, and that candidate only started interviewing after my third round was done. But really, it seems they preferred the other candidate because they expected less money. It was a really frustrating and disappointing experience, honestly. I'd say don't bother with this company, it's just a waste of your time and energy.
