Technical Behavioral

I went through three interview rounds at Radisys. First, there was a technical iOS interview with Radisys, then another technical iOS interview with Jio, and finally a managerial interview. After the last round, I reached out to HR for an update. HR mentioned they were waiting on another candidate whose first round went really well, and that candidate only started interviewing after my third round was done. But really, it seems they preferred the other candidate because they expected less money. It was a really frustrating and disappointing experience, honestly. I'd say don't bother with this company, it's just a waste of your time and energy.

There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was a discussion about my previous work, with questions tailored to my experience. The second round was a technical interview that included some simple programming exercises, and it tested my understanding of the stack and pointer arithmetic. The third round was a mixed technical round where they specifically asked about my prior Android development projects. It seemed like they were looking for a generalist rather than a specialist.

The interviewers were friendly and asked about security concepts like secure boot, OpenSSL, TPM, and IPsec. They also included one simple programming question in each round. The overall experience was positive. I received and accepted an offer.

Coding Technical Other

So, the interview had three stages. The first was an online test with 60 questions in 65 minutes covering data structures, algorithms, C, Java, and OS. 65 students made it to the second round, split into two groups. My group had 34 students and it was a technical interview with two interviewers. I used C for coding, and they asked simple programming and complex OS questions. They also asked about communication protocols in CN, but I could only answer one. There were also some math puzzles, overall average difficulty. 19 out of 34 got shortlisted for the third round, including me. The third round focused again on C programming and a deep dive into my third-year project. No HR round happened. 8 students from my group were selected, plus 12 from the other group, and luckily I was one of them.
