First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radiology Partners.
Senior Financial Analyst
This company is growing a lot and needs to hire more people. I interviewed for a remote Sr. Financial Analyst role. It was a good experience overall. I didn't get an offer, but the interview process seemed pretty straightforward.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your interest in the healthcare industry?
Director, Client Success
It seemed really disorganized. HR called me for a screening, and then the AVP emailed me for an interview in the same week. The AVP then never actually scheduled the interview after saying she would. The HR call was pretty standard, but the rep started with, 'you would think we were closing for two weeks instead of two days for the Thanksgiving holiday.' I followed up twice to see what was happening with the role and offered more interview times since I never heard back from the AVP.
- Can you describe your past positions?
Director
A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and we scheduled a chat for the next week. They had me fill out the online application formally and said they'd pass my resume to the team. I didn't hear anything for 27 days. Then, the same recruiter contacted me like we'd never talked before, wanting a 30-minute call (which we already did). We had the same conversation. I still never heard back. Wondering how long this cycle will go on.
- Can you share an instance where you drove change without having direct authority?
Analytics Manager
The interview process started with a recruiter call which was great, followed by a lovely conversation with the hiring manager. I thought this was going to be a role more on the analytical side and less technical. The third round involved 3 peers. One interviewer was very aggressive, stating I wasn't qualified within the first 5 minutes. Another peer seemed unsure how to ask good questions, while the third tried to compensate for the others. The hiring manager sent an apology email afterward, acknowledging the interviewers' behavior. Although the hiring manager seemed great, I wouldn't want to work with the peer interviewers. I did not get the position.

- What BI projects have you led?
