The interview process was long but very friendly. Radio Flyer HR and hiring managers were very friendly throughout the process. There are multiple rounds of interviews with both HR and members of team you are being hired for. You should know your resume very well and be able to talk about your involvement in past projects.

Mechanical Engineer
The interview process had 3 rounds. First was an HR interview, then one with a senior mechanical engineer, and the last round was with the board people. Each interview was 30 minutes. I really liked the environment, the office is super awesome. The employees are creative and helpful. It was a very good intern experience.

Mechanical Engineer
I had a phone interview first, and then went in for an in-person interview where I presented my portfolio. I spoke with several people in different rounds. Initially, I had a one-on-one with the manager, followed by an interview with a group of engineers on the team.
