I had a phone chat with the hiring manager and then another interview over zoom with someone else. The first interview covered my experience, and the second was a walkthrough of my portfolio. It was a pretty laid-back interview process. For the second interview, I had to answer questions using the STAR method.

It was a video-off call. They asked questions about specific experiences on your CV and what was learned from them, also about your strengths and weaknesses. Overall it was a good low pressure environment.

I started my temp-to-hire position at the beginning of September. This required a phone interview followed by an in person interview coordinated by my temp agency. My temp term got extended 3 times until I got an offer to start the application process in June. There were five interviews, but since I was already working on site they were convenient to schedule for. The interviews were with the following people, and each interview determined whether or not I would move on to the next. 1st: HR 2nd: My Department Managers 3rd: Other Department Head 4th: Chief People Officer 5th: Chief Wagon Officer About a week after the final interview I received an offer and was hired at the end of July. Each temp contract varies in length depending on staff demand and you are made aware if it is temp-to-hire or not at the very beginning.

I had two phone interviews. The first one was with someone from the industrial design advanced concepts team where they asked about my qualifications and projects. The second interview was with the head of that same team. It felt like they had already decided not to hire me but they still interviewed me and asked similar questions as the first person. Both people were really nice and charismatic. I enjoyed the interviews and wished I could have talked more.
