The interview process was really good. They asked about my background, what I've done before, and some of the projects I’ve worked on. The technical questions were pretty straightforward, not needing super deep algorithmic knowledge. It felt more like a chat than a tough interview. The recruiter was nice, replied quickly, and made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a nice experience that gave me a good feel for the company and its vibe. I liked the chill vibe and getting to talk about my experiences.

Went through a 2-stage interview process on the same day. The interviewers were really nice. We talked about standard financial concepts, my experience, and skills related to financial modeling and Excel. The first stage was with a recruiter, and then the second stage was with the team.

So I had this really unprofessional interview experience. It started with a 5-minute chat with the technical recruiter where they asked me a few things. Then they said they wanted to set up a technical interview, but they couldn't really explain what it would involve, just some vague mention of 'JavaScript and maybe Java coding,' which, you know, are totally different. The scheduled interview time arrived, and surprise, nobody showed up to the video call. I reached out to them, and this is what I got back: 'I would like to inform you that the interview with Radian has been cancelled due to change in the requirement from the Hiring Manager.' This was *after* the scheduled time. Seriously, super unprofessional.

It was a three-month process with three virtual interviews, which left a bad impression due to no-shows and wasted time. The first interview was a recruiter phone screen in mid-November, and I heard back in two weeks. The next interview was a panel with developers and support reps, scheduled a week later. The same week, I got an invite for another panel interview after Christmas with six people from business analysis, CSM, and support. But only two showed up, and I had to reschedule. It got moved to early January, but nobody showed up. The scheduling coordinator left, so I had to contact the recruiter again, who apologized and rescheduled it for the end of January. Two weeks after that, I got a rejection.
