It was a good experience, and I'm happy I made it to at least the third round. My interviewer was very friendly and jovial. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had 2 interviews with 2 different departments at the same time. Dept 1 had me interview with an IT lead and an HR person. It was a super disappointing experience. The IT lead was really arrogant and crossed his arms a lot, which I thought was unprofessional for someone in his position. He questioned my tech experience condescendingly, making me feel like he didn't believe me. Instead of asking technical questions, his questions were vague. He also seemed distracted and was listening to someone else, likely because he was in a public area and forgot to mute his headset. When I asked about the team because the job posting was unclear, he told me to just Google it, which was unhelpful given the abbreviation he used for his department. I can't believe he's a manager; he needs training. I withdrew my application after this. Dept 2 was better initially, with an IT lead and a Scrum Master. That interview went well, and they were professional, which helped improve my impression of Rabobank. Then I had a second interview with Dept 2, this time with a different Scrum Master and a Product Owner. This interview was a complete 180. They drilled me on why I was leaving my current job, asking 'why' repeatedly. I stayed professional, but my impression dropped. The Scrum Master talked a lot but didn't listen, which is a red flag, and seemed to not understand IT processes. The whole interview felt like an interrogation where they didn't believe my answers. The Product Owner was more professional, and his reaction to his colleague swearing at the start showed he was embarrassed. The Product Owner tried to ask questions that suggested they liked me, but by then, I had already decided. My overall impression was negative, which was a shame because I liked the people from the first interview. I withdrew my application again. My feedback to Rabobank is to train your employees on how to conduct interviews because it reflects on the company and management.

Two conversations: one with the direct manager and a review of your previous work. A nice, calm discussion where time is taken to cover how Rabobank works and what your ambitions are as a future employee.
