Behavioral Case Presentation

There were two rounds of interviews. The first one was a phone call with some competency-based questions. If you passed that, you were given a case study and had to make some slides about how you'd create an initiative. The final stage involved coming to their office for an interview. You'd start by presenting your slides and answering questions about your approach and initiative design. After that, there were more competency-based questions and some general questions about your interests. It was a pretty fun and engaging experience overall.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was phone interviewed screened first by the HR lady. She asked about my past, present experience and why I wanted to work with them. After the phone screen she scheduled me for a writing exam. She emailed me a topic and I had 3 hrs to write up an essay and submit to her. After submitting the essay I did not hear back for 2-3 weeks. So I emailed her and inquired about the application when she told me I was not selected for an in person interview. I believe they wanted someone who would have persuasive writing skills to help clients twist facts and present them as proof for whatever they are looking to sell or to do.

Case Other

I enjoyed meeting their staff and respect their work, but the recruiting process was frustrating and unprofessional. Some interview questions were inappropriate, and I even got an accidental email about myself. Communication was unclear and infrequent, and the process lacked transparency. Based on this, I get a sense it could be a frustrating place to work.
