The interview was pretty chill, not formal at all. The manager just talked to me about my past jobs, when I could work, and if I'm okay with things moving fast. They also told me what the job involves, the schedule, and what the team is like. It was about 15-20 minutes, felt like a chat, not an interview.
- What's your approach to dealing with a challenging customer when it's really busy?
Restaurant Manager
The interview process was pretty simple. They offered me the job and then asked if I could meet my salary goals with the information they gave me. They said they couldn't, so they decided not to move forward with me.
- What are your salary expectations?
Host
It was easy and the managers were friendly and conversational. Very simple, basically asked all the questions myself, they also reviewed my resume. Asked about possible experience in the industry, but it didn’t matter too much.
- What would you do if a coworker was making others feel uneasy at work?
Hostess
It was a really fast interview. They like it if you're forward and don't waste time. It's even better if you fill out all the forms right then and there, including employment forms. They take your picture to send to HR to check if you're attractive enough for the job. It's a pretty good paying job for sure.
- What hours are you looking for?
- What are you expecting regarding your shifts?
