It was in person. They just went over what the job entails. Then I had to do a drug test and a background check. After that, I started the onboarding, which was half a day. Then I did the RL Academy online course for a few days. After that, I was ready to go.

Interview process: 5 managers who will ask you questions one after the other. No reply after 45 days of interviewing. Very unprofessional company who doesn't reply to your emails after repeated status updates. Interviewers don't actually take your responses into account.

Behavioral Technical

After applying online, the hiring manager got in touch. They require 10 years of past employment. An interview was planned within the week, aiming to hire within a month total. I met with the Desktop Manager and Lead Tech. I was also introduced to potential co-workers in the office that day. The whole meeting was about 30-45 minutes.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process was long and unstructured but not difficult. It started with a technical phone interview, then moved to an onsite interview with a panel, and finally a follow-up phone call after the onsite. During the onsite, there was Q&A and some role play to show how I capture requirements, which was easy for me. One interviewer used inappropriate language during the role play to try and distract me. The interview went well, but I didn't get an offer because they thought I had too much experience and wouldn't stay. They asked me to submit non-proprietary work samples, and during the follow-up, they wanted me to explain them. It seems they've re-posted the job a few times. While it looks like a nice place to work, I wouldn't advise sharing work samples, as it hasn't worked out for me in the past and they get good work without giving anything back.
