First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at R/GA.
Production Coordinator
The whole experience was pretty straightforward. I applied online and got an email about three days later to set up a phone screening for the next week. The phone screen was quick. The week after that, I went to the office for a personal interview. I met with four people who had different job titles, and the whole thing took about two hours.
- Do you tend to think in black and white, or do you see things in grey areas?
- Tell me about a time you had to be creative to solve a problem.
- How do you handle it when things get stressful?
Production Coordinator
The interview process involved a CV screening first. Then, there was an application question asking what new technology I'd design and who from my network I'd involve. This was followed by a remote video conference interview, about 20 minutes long, covering resume questions, emotional intelligence (strengths/weaknesses), my motivation for this role at R/GA, and competency questions about handling challenges with seniors. The rest of the questions were focused on teamwork, specifically for the coordinator position.
- What new technology would you design and who in your network would you use to help with this?
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Production Coordinator
First, I had to submit answers to 2 mock brief questions for the initial application. Then, for stage 2, I had an interview over Skype. Stage 3 will be an assessment day.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
