It was a simple, straight-forward process. If you know your stuff, you'll be fine. You'll meet with a recruiter first, then the hiring manager, then several people on different teams to see if you'll fit open roles.

Got an email for a phone interview with HR about a week after applying. It was pretty chill, not too tough if you've done assistant project management or producer work in digital marketing or an ad agency before. Next up was an interview at HQ where I met with several executive producers for 30 minutes each. It was mostly just talking, no real pressure. The third interview happened about 3 weeks in, and I met with Account Directors and Producers, again for 30 minutes each. They were really laid-back but clearly passionate people. Got a call with an offer 3 days after that. It was negotiable.

Submitted my c/v via the company site, was contacted 4 months later by a freelance recruiter per request of the senior hiring manager. Had an initial phone interview which went well. Follow-up phone interview 3 weeks later also went well. Was informed on the second call they would like to bring me in for an interview. Went back and forth for 4 weeks trying to find someone on the team with the time to meet in person. This never happened, and I never heard from the recruiter again.
