Art Director
I first had a phone call with a recruiter to go over the basics and talk about the job. Then, I had two video calls: one with two creative directors and another with my future teammate. Both conversations were really good, laid-back, and helpful. Nothing weird or tricky came up. Everything seemed to be going well, but after the interviews, the recruiter didn't get back to me or reply to my emails, leaving me hanging and feeling like my time was wasted.
