I had an initial chat with HR, and it was pretty laid-back. They didn't get into any technical stuff, mostly just asking about how I'd handle different situations or past experiences. The person interviewing me was really nice and easy to talk to. They also wanted to know if I owned any stocks, and if I had any relatives in government or who owned a business.
