The interview process was quite smooth. The first round didn't have any unexpected questions. The last round focused only on behavioral aspects and included a few tricky questions, but overall, it was a positive experience.

Behavioral Technical

This company's interview process was super frustrating and unprofessional. It started okay, with a first interview about a month after applying. The process seemed organized, with interviews spaced about a week apart. The recruiter was communicative, and everyone I met was really nice and friendly. I had good chats with everyone, and my final interview with an executive seemed to go well. But then things went really wrong. After the final interview, there was zero communication from the recruiter or anyone else. I sent follow-up emails to show I was still interested, and after three weeks of silence, I finally asked when I'd hear back. The recruiter said they were still finishing final interviews and would update me by the end of April. It was a bit odd, but I figured it was fine. Then, another three weeks passed (so, six weeks after my final interview), and I got a rejection email from someone I'd never spoken to before. I asked for feedback, and they just said to work on my 'technical skillset,' which is apparently what they told others too. It's weird because if technical skills were a real issue, I shouldn't have even gotten to the final round, especially since none of the interviews even asked technical questions, and we were all already STEM majors. Honestly, I'm shocked by how this company operates. It makes me wonder if they have internal problems that prevent them from hiring, because I've heard similar stories from other candidates who thought everything went well but still got rejected. It's bizarre they had final interviews for six weeks straight and interviewed so many people only to reject everyone. It's also really disrespectful to make people wait six weeks. Plus, they sent out rejection emails in batches; some people got them a day before others. I'm just really disappointed in a company that's advertised as great and caring. They really gave so many people false hope just to let them down. After this whole mess, I'm almost glad I got rejected because I don't want to work for a company that operates like this. They clearly have serious issues if this is how they handle hiring.

Behavioral Case

The process started great with a behavioral interview. Then I moved to a second round which was a case interview with tough questions about project management, client interactions, and colleague dynamics in project settings. The final round was a purely behavioral interview with an executive. I thought I did well, but surprisingly, I waited over two months for a response, from October to December. It was a very competitive pool, and I didn't get an offer, but the interview experience itself was good.
