Consultant
The interview process was horrible. I had my first round in Sept 23’ and heard back a week later that I was moving on. The next round was scheduled for 6 months later, which felt excessively long. I completed the case interview and then had to wait another 2 months for the final round. A friend of mine who also passed the first round was told they'd have a second round. Despite reaching out for 6 months and receiving constant reassurance, Qvest unexpectedly stopped their interview process. I wouldn't want to work for a company that handles things this way.

I applied online and spoke with a recruiter. After that, I had two interviews with an associate and a manager. I was expecting two more interviews with a partner and a founding member, but I got a rejection email after the manager interview. I thought things were going well, so I asked for feedback but didn't get a response.
- What's your approach to managing a client who has unreasonable expectations?
Senior Consultant
It was a 4 step process: first an HR Screen, then a Behavioral Interview, followed by a Case Interview, and finally a chat with a Partner for the Final Round. The Behavioral was mostly situational questions, digging deep into my past projects and experiences. The Case part focused on me walking through a PMO framework for how I'd handle a client's system implementation (DAM). The last chat with the Partner was pretty conversational, covering fit, my goals, and any questions I had. Overall, it was a smooth process from start to finish. Just be ready to talk a lot about your project experiences and show detailed knowledge of IT processes, the project lifecycle, methodologies, and deliverables.
- How would you design an end-to-end PMO framework and strategy for a client needing to implement a new Digital Asset Management Software?
