Customer Success Manager
The interview process involved a typical set of behavioral questions that touched upon healthcare background. There was also a scenario-based question related to project management. Standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and others about relevant experience were also part of the process.
- How would you plan and set up client implementations?
Customer Success Manager
I applied online and they quickly offered me a 1st round HR screening interview. I picked a time slot, but the interviewer had to reschedule on the day. I picked another time and we finally met about a week later. After that, I was offered an interview with the hiring manager and picked a time slot for the 2nd round. On the day of that interview, the hiring manager also asked to reschedule and we finally met about a week later. My 2nd round interview was supposed to be an hour, but about 25 minutes in, the interviewer said she had another meeting in 5 minutes and had to end the call. She didn't mention this conflict at the start. Regardless of whether I was a fit, I found it unprofessional to end the call like that. I would have preferred a clear statement if she felt I wasn't a fit.
- Can you describe the tools you utilize for project management?
Customer Success Manager
I first connected with the internal recruiter, Dee, who reviewed my resume. We had an initial chat about my background and the specifics of the Customer Success Manager opening. Dee and I had a good conversation, and I was informed I'd proceed to interview with the hiring manager. Because I had another offer, I inquired about speeding up the process. Qventus was helpful, and Dee confirmed the entire hiring journey, from initial contact to the offer, could align with my timeline. After I shared my availability, the hiring manager interview was set for two days after our first conversation. Following the hiring manager's approval, I went through three additional interviews over two days, all promptly scheduled by the recruiter. I got the offer the same day as my final interview. True to their word, the whole process, from my first contact to receiving the offer, took only five business days. The recruiter was very responsive via email and made sure to check if I was comfortable using other communication methods like phone and text. When an urgent scheduling conflict came up, she used all channels to ensure I was notified and to reschedule immediately. During my interviews, I found that all interviewers were engaged, asked relevant questions that let me showcase my experience, and gave thoughtful answers to my questions about the company culture, career growth, and future direction. The most crucial factors for me were a mission I could get behind, trustworthy leadership, and a great team to work with. I feel I found all of this at Qventus, and I believe other like-minded, mission-driven individuals will too.
