Project Manager
very fast and well-organized interview process, pleasant and structured interviews. Many questions about hypothetical problems to be managed on the spot. They gave me the impression of a healthy and interesting environment to work in.
- How do you handle stress?
- How do you work on multiple projects simultaneously?
- How do you handle pricing?
Project Manager
Had a detailed phone screening to go over my resume. Then an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two team members. The next interview involved meeting with the recruiter, a second-level manager, and a panel of supervisors from teams I'd work with. Everyone was prepared, and the questions were relevant, detailed, and built on my resume and previous answers. I got to ask questions and learned a lot about the company, its environment, and opportunities.
- Tell me about your process and procedures.
Project Manager
It was a two-stage interview process, starting with a quick chat and then moving towards an offer. The people I interacted with were all really nice and professional. They were also super flexible with scheduling the interviews to fit my availability, and didn't waste any time. In the end, I decided it wasn't the right fit for me, but honestly, the HR folks and hiring managers were awesome to deal with.
