Area Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen, then there were two panel interviews. The final stage involved a three-person panel interview (which wasn't very engaging). However, I felt like I was a good fit for the role based on the two panel interviews, considering the job requirements.
- Could you tell me about the number of people you directly managed?
Supervisor
The interview process was long and took about three weeks to complete. It involved multiple interviews, starting with a phone screen, followed by three in-person interviews: a one-on-one, a panel interview, and finally an interview with senior leaders. After the interviews, there was another two-week period until the start date.
- Were standard questions asked?
Area Manager
This interview has a few parts to it. It started with a phone screen, then a phone call, and finished with an in-person interview. The only hiccup was they asked what schedule I wanted, and then that specific one wasn't available, but I ended up with a good alternative.
- Tell me about your prior experience managing a warehouse.
- Give me some examples of times you achieved key performance indicators.
