First, the company calls from a blocked number that my carrier blocks, so I had to call them to unblock it. Then, what I thought was an interview wasn't. The interviewer just asked me questions about what I would do if I lost internet or power. I told her I'd notify my supervisor and get back online to make up time. Then she asked about hardwired internet and wifi. It was weird because she didn't ask anything about my actual customer service experience. After that, I got a rejection saying they found candidates who more closely matched their needs. It felt like a joke, especially since they dismissed me based on things I can't control. They should have focused on my CSR skills and work ethic.

The hiring process was great and the trainers were incredible! They were very understanding the first week of training about all kinds of technical issues and they really made the hiring process easier. The job itself is great, the customers are very nice and time flies by during the shift.

Technical Coding

The interview process took three weeks to start after I applied. The first round was a technical interview with a senior data scientist, covering ML, Python, and live coding. He seemed to assess my technical skills well in that one session. About a month later, I had a second interview with the VP of Advanced Analytics. This was surprisingly more technical than the first. I felt I should have had a chance to discuss HR-related aspects. The VP mentioned I'd hear back within a week, but I didn't. After two weeks, I followed up, and the HR person said they'd contact the VP for an update. Still no response, so I followed up again after another two weeks. The HR person apologized and said they'd reach out to the VP. It's now been so long that I've started and completed probation at a much better company, and I still haven't heard back from them.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with a phone chat and then they invited me for a virtual meeting with two people from the team, one in Krakow and one in the US. It was all pretty chill and friendly, felt like a good vibe. The interviews themselves went great, we clicked and even connected on LinkedIn. They mentioned how much they like feedback culture, lol. Haven't heard back since booking the interview over a month ago. The contact info they gave is generic, so hard to get a hold of the recruiter. Tried the hiring manager on LinkedIn too, no response. Total ghosting. P.S. Got a call from a different recruiter with feedback a few hours after posting this.
