We went to Santa Clara University Winter quarter fair and Quotient called about 20 of us to their Mountain View Office. The HR person told us about the company's main product and values. First, we had a group discussion on data structures. Then, we had a second round where they asked two LeetCode questions: Two Sum and Longest Substring Without Repeating Characters. We had to code them on paper. For Two Sum, they wanted at least two ways to solve it. For the second question, they picked people who used the Sliding Window technique. The third round was with the manager, who asked usual questions about our resumes. The next day, HR sent me an offer.

Got a call from a consultant. First up was a Hackerrank test with three problems, 90 minutes to solve them. After that, I had a face-to-face interview. The interviewer asked about my projects and mainly focused on Data Structures, which I handled. Then we moved to core Java and Spring Framework, where I mentioned I don't have prior experience with Spring, but the interviewer said they aren't looking for specific framework knowledge. They also asked about the basic concepts of Elasticsearch and Redis since I had them on my resume. Following this, I waited about 15 minutes before HR informed me that I apparently lacked knowledge in SQL and NoSQL, which was strange because those topics weren't covered during my interview.
