Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty detailed. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I went into the office for 4 back-to-back interviews with different people in the organization. It was a good opportunity to meet many people who I'll be working with.

Customer Success Manager
Applied for the job and got a recruiter reach out for an initial phone interview. The first call was great and the recruiter got me excited for the next steps with speaking with three leaders on the CSM team. I then had to follow up three times with the recruiter to get a time and date scheduled, then they pushed me off to a separate recruiter to schedule. Should have seen the red flags there. After about a week of sitting around and waiting on a response, the second recruiter finally got me a time to speak with the three CSM leaders. I had fantastic conversations with them and was told that I would hear back within a week about the next steps. A week goes by, still no word. I followed up multiple times with both recruiters, still no word. What a waste of time. Don't even bother applying unless you want to get your hopes up and never hear a word back from them.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deliver challenging information to a client?
Customer Success Manager
I talked to 4 people in total. It started with HR, who was really nice and gave me lots of info. She said she'd get back to me with a time for the hiring manager interview. After a day of no response, I followed up myself. The HR person then set up my zoom interview with 3 other people. I had 2 interviews on one day and the last one on another day. Everything felt really positive, I liked the company's values and how they treated me. They also told me to reach out with questions, so I sent thank you notes to everyone. I was pretty sure I'd get the job because one of them mentioned they liked me. It's been 3 weeks now and I've been following up constantly with HR and the interviewers, but haven't heard anything back. It's really unprofessional, I'm actually glad I didn't end up working there because this behavior is so immature. They talked about needing to communicate with clients, but ironically, they don't seem to have the decency to communicate with candidates. It would be nice to get a response, even if I didn't get the job, since interviewing takes time out of your day.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience?
