First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quorum.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was really disorganized and lacked a clear structure or timeline. I never received calendar invites with meeting links or participant details. It wasn't clear who I would be meeting with, when, or why, and there was no end-to-end process overview or timeline discussed. They asked if I was open to being considered for multiple roles, which I agreed to, but there was no follow-up on those additional opportunities. After three 45-minute interviews, I received a generic, automated rejection email with no personalization or feedback. When I requested feedback, there was no response. It went from being considered for several roles to a rejection with no explanation.
- Can you share your favorite Excel formula?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was really well organized and just like they said it would be before every round. Everyone I talked to was on time and super friendly. HR got back to me really quickly after each interview, like within hours. It all went super smoothly.
- Tell me why you're interested in Quorum?
Customer Success Manager
I applied to Quorum and was reached out to for an interview and was asked to fill out my availability. I responded quickly and then a few hours later I received an email stating the position was filled and to disregard all previous communication. The job had only been open for about 1.5-2 weeks. This really shows a lack of transparency and communication and indicates internal issues at Quorum. I'm disappointed by the lack of empathy shown.
- The company invited me to interview but then canceled.
