Behavioral Technical

We kicked things off with a phone chat that was pretty much a basic screening. They asked about my resume, my past work, and what I'm looking for in a job search right now. Then, they laid out the job duties and made sure it was a good fit for me. Since this role needs a good amount of Excel and data analysis, getting your Excel skills sharp is key. After I said I was still interested, they sent over an Excel assignment to do in 24 hours and send back.

Behavioral Other

I had 5 separate interviews with different hiring managers, each lasting about half an hour. It felt a bit long, but I get that they're trying to find the best fit for interns. It was actually useful though, because if I got asked the same questions, I could make my answers better. Plus, it helped me see the different career paths available so I could pick one I really want to develop in.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I spent three days at Quin Street meeting with over a dozen employees. Each interview was almost the same: the employee would talk about how they joined the company and their career path. They'd also give me a very similar description of what the company does, even the senior VP at the end. Twice, I was given a business case to work on. It was a really long process, about 12 hours in total at their offices. In the end, they said they weren't sure about the fit, but didn't explain why. It was an unusually time-consuming process. I had other offers and took a marketing role somewhere else.
