There were three interviewers. Two guys and one female. There were I think four of us applicants. They asked a lot of questions that were fairly easy. All were basic computer/talking to customers on the phone type of questions and how comfortable we were with dealing with customers here and there with bad attitudes. Not that it's in my control, but I'm not a fan of group interviews because you feel almost like you're in school again where the professor picks on whoever looks the most nervous to answer the interview question first. And then the rest of the interviewees listen in on their answer and think of something wittier to say. I think every candidate deserves to have personal attention so they can get to know who they are hiring....but this was my first call center interview so I guess it must be normal.

Behavioral Presentation

I first spoke with Randstad, and then I had a group interview with two Quinstreet team leaders. The leaders were a bit late, like 20 minutes, but they apologized a lot. We had to read from a script but say it in our own way. They also wanted us to basically 'sell' ourselves and say why we're the best fit for the job. The team leaders did a good job talking up Quinstreet, making it sound like a really great place to work.

Behavioral Other

I was hired by a staffing agency. I first interviewed with the agency, then had 3 phone interviews and one 1:1 in-person interview. The process felt a bit rushed, as I got a call for an interview the same afternoon. During the phone interviews, they explained the job duties. When I went to the office for the 1:1, it seemed like a very relaxed place. My interviewer was dressed casually, and the office felt like it was still growing.
