First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quinn PR.
Account Executive
I had an initial phone chat that lasted about 20-30 minutes with someone from HR. They asked me to send writing samples to the hiring manager for the role. If I was selected after they reviewed the writing samples, the next step would have been to meet with the director and some team members. I didn't get an offer after submitting my writing samples.
- Can you tell me about your prior experience in hospitality PR?
Account Executive
I had a formal interview where they asked me some well-thought-out questions. There wasn't much room for casual chat; it was more about assessing my fit through the questions.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Have you previously worked with their system?
- What appeals to you about pr?
Sales Account Executive
I had an easy in-person interview, but then I was given a really tough writing test that took me 24 hours to complete, which usually takes a team a week. After I finished it, HR kept me waiting before asking for another interview. Then they ghosted me when I shared my availability. It seemed like they had a lot of people leaving and were trying to hire for many roles, but they didn't act professionally, so I withdrew my application. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people like that. I'm curious who they actually managed to hire.
