I had an initial phone chat that lasted about 20-30 minutes with someone from HR. They asked me to send writing samples to the hiring manager for the role. If I was selected after they reviewed the writing samples, the next step would have been to meet with the director and some team members. I didn't get an offer after submitting my writing samples.

Standard three round interview with HR and then two separate Vice Presidents at the company. No writing test, more conversational and friendly in nature. Quick and efficient decision process made in a timely matter. It is a great agency to work for with an incredible culture.
