I heard back about two weeks after my first contact. It was a pretty standard interview process with the hiring manager and the head of the department. It wasn't super formal, more of a friendly chat where we went back and forth with questions. The whole thing took about an hour. The vibe was pretty laid-back, which seems to be how the company is overall. They were really focused on sales metrics. They got back to me when they said they would, within a reasonable timeframe.
