It was a 2 stage interview process. The first round was with a junior engineer, and the second with a principal engineer. They asked general questions about culture fit, your background, and behavioral stuff. They seem to be okay with hiring freshmen.

I had three interviews. My first was in person with an EIT. Then I had a second interview online with a PE (you pick who). My last interview was with the department manager. The whole process was super fast.
