We flew you out to our HQ in Texas for a happy hour meet and greet in the evening. The next day was a round-robin style interview. There were 4 individual interviews that focused on the areas you were interested in. Then, there was a cycling interview with other candidates, interviewing different departments. Finally, there was a reverse interview where you, the interviewee, got to ask a panel of employees questions about the company.

So first it was a phone interview. Then the main interview was in one of their conference rooms. Four of their senior staff came and left over a period of about 2.5 hours. It was always one on one, and never with multiple people at the same time. Expect thorough questions about your background and interests. Be sincere. Don't worry about imperfections in your background. Just be prepared talk about yourself, a lot. If you are naturally talkative and social, you'll do fine.
