First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quiddity.
Civil Engineer
I was asked to come for a follow up interview after the career fair. The interview was with two representatives from Quiddity both based in Houston, TX. They gave a laid back explanation of the company, its culture, and projects. The questions were casual and not technical.
- What are you seeking in a company and what would that atmosphere look like?
Transportation Engineer
Got picked up from on-campus recruiting, then flew out to Houston for interviews with around 15 other soon-to-be grads. It was pretty chill, no hard questions. Just needed some good talking points to show what makes me stand out. They seemed nice, but I was bummed I never got an email about whether I got the job or not, even after I followed up.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Civil Engineer
It was a solid 30-minute interview with around 6 to 8 questions, where they expected you to provide fairly detailed answers, like 2-4 minutes each. They basically asked standard questions about your background and previous work history.
- Can you share an instance where you had to manage several tasks simultaneously and explain your approach to handling it?
