Applied online, then had a quick HR call to see if I was interested. About a week later, the first in-person interview happened with four managers/directors, which included a SQL test at the end. A few days after that, I had another in-person interview with the CEO and VP of tech services. Everyone was really professional and friendly, answered all my questions about the job and company, and we talked a lot about my background and interests.

It started with a chat with an HR person, which felt more like getting to know each other. Then, I hopped on a call with the hiring manager. After that, I went in person for an interview with the hiring manager, and part of it was a SQL test. Towards the end, I met again with the hiring manager and someone who would be my coworker. The whole thing wrapped up with a phone chat with the VP of technical services. It was a really professional process.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on Linkedin and HR first reached out to schedule a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. The phone screen went well, we discussed my technical background, and the manager told me more about the company and the role. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Boston office. I met with 4 people there: the same Hiring Manager, HR, and two team members. They helped me understand the position better, and they got a deeper sense of my technical skills and experience. There were no surprising questions, and everyone was friendly, professional, and prepared. It made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. I got the job offer the following week. The hiring process was professional and responsive; they kept me updated and were always ready to help with any concerns or questions.
