Marketing
I got referred by someone at the company and HR reached out the following week to set up a call with the Hiring Manager. The phone interview was mainly to check if my background and skills would be a good match for the role. I shared a bit about my career aspirations and why I was keen on the position. At the end, HR said they'd schedule an in-person interview, which they did the very next day. I met with the Hiring Manager and another Manager to go over some of my experience and technical skills that fit the job. They also gave me a quick assignment during the interview to see if I could understand some marketing materials and offer ideas for different social media platforms. HR was really helpful and professional. The team seemed nice and encouraged me to ask questions if I needed any help.

Technical Consultant
I applied on Linkedin and HR first reached out to schedule a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. The phone screen went well, we discussed my technical background, and the manager told me more about the company and the role. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Boston office. I met with 4 people there: the same Hiring Manager, HR, and two team members. They helped me understand the position better, and they got a deeper sense of my technical skills and experience. There were no surprising questions, and everyone was friendly, professional, and prepared. It made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. I got the job offer the following week. The hiring process was professional and responsive; they kept me updated and were always ready to help with any concerns or questions.

- Were there any behavioral questions asked?
Account Executive
I got referred by someone and sent my resume in. A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The call was supposed to be at 4 pm, but they called me at 2 pm while I was still at work! I had planned to leave early that day to get my notes and selling points ready. I wasn't sure if it was actually 2 pm, so I did my best. The interviewer was aggressive and unfriendly. At the end, I mentioned I thought the call was at 4 pm, and she gave me tips for 'next time.' I emailed the recruiter back about the missed confirmation and expressed my disappointment about being unprepared because the call happened two hours early. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with three people who said they were interviewing out of order and that someone else usually goes first. I met the phone interviewer, who was just as unfriendly in person. I felt I was judged a lot because of the incorrectly scheduled phone interview. I followed up a week later, and they hired an internal candidate.
- Can you explain your analytical skills?
- What is your definition of strategic?
Business Systems Analyst
After applying online, I was contacted by HR the very next day to arrange a phone call with the Hiring Manager. Then, I was invited to the office for a series of meetings with three team members: an Account Manager, the Hiring Manager, and another BSA. These one-on-one chats were each about 30-40 minutes long, and they were really accommodating with my schedule. Following the onsite interviews, I had a final one-on-one with a VP. A few days after that, I got the offer and accepted it.
- Describe how you would combine data from two tables, A and B, using SQL.
- Can you share an example of a time you had to deliver bad news to a client and explain your approach?
