Sales Development Representative
So first I had a screener, then I had an interview with the outbound manager, but it ended up being someone else not the one they said it would be. The last interview was a panel.
- What motivates you to join this company?
Sales Development Representative
I got a call from the Hiring Coordinator and scheduled a 15-minute screening call. We talked about my past experience, why I'm interested in this role at Quickbase, my salary expectations, and the job duties.
- Can you tell me about your background and what makes you want to join Quickbase?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was logical and transparent. After the initial phone screen, I took a couple assessments. I then had an interview with a hiring manager, followed by a mock sales call with another manager. The last step was a panel consisting of several members of the Sales Team. Each activity/step in the interview process was clearly communicated by human resources and the managers. The SDR role was well explained and the hiring manager was clear about what she was looking for. The questions during the panel were quite thought provoking, but the entire Team was very personable. To be honest, the mock call and the panel were some of the funnest interview experiences I've had and I appreciated how approachable they were, in spite of their titles. They were awesome!
- Tell me about the hardest decision you've had to make recently.
