CSM role related screening first, then we had Round 2 - Panel, Round 3 - Panel, Round 4 - Panel. They asked CSM role related questions, talked about the success plan, NRR, GRR, understanding of the role specifications, CSM retention plan, adoption related questions, and about quickbase.

The interview process was actually fantastic, I learned a lot and grew a ton from this process. First you’ll have a call with a recruiter, if that goes well, then you’ll move to the CCAT and an interview with the hiring manager. If you pass that, you’ll move onto a panel interview which was wonderful as well. I honestly loved the entire process up until after the interview. I was being strung along, and when I would reach out to verify that I was still in consideration, the recruiter would promise that I was and that they’d get back with me by a certain date, which they never did. After a nearly 3 week wait, I ended up taking a job offer with a different company and only received an email back after I called to let the recruiter know I was no longer interested due to the wait time. Overall, I felt like I was ghosted and found that very disappointing for what was an awesome and engaging interview experience. Keeping candidates waiting for 3 weeks is not a good process, especially because the most recent candidate will always make the best impression when you interviewed so long ago. I would however still recommend Quickbase to a peer looking for a job, as I do not think this is their standard practice.

The interview process was excellent! The recruiter, Jeff Fredrickson, was exceptional. He was always kind, provided immediate updates, and was very honest and transparent. After the initial conversation, if you move forward, you'll have an interview with multiple members of the Quick Base team. This part is great for understanding how each department works together and how Quick Base operates overall. It was a really good discussion and the flow was great. No issues at all. I haven't received an offer yet, so I've indicated 'No' on that.
