Backend Developer
We had an onsite interview drive. It kicked off with an MCQ test which was pretty easy. After that, we moved to a technical round where the questions focused heavily on OOPS concepts, problem-solving, and basic string and array manipulation.
- Can you explain OOPS concepts?
- How would you approach this coding problem?
- Describe your problem-solving skills.

HR contacted me in Feb 2025 for an initial technical interview that lasted 1.5 hours. It was a deep dive into technical and conceptual aspects. However, HR then became unresponsive for a couple of weeks. Fortunately, they called back and confirmed I passed, but there was an issue with my notice period, as they needed someone who could start within 1-2 weeks. Fast forward to June 2025 (when I was in my last month of notice period), the same HR reached out again to see if I was still interested. I then had a Director-level interview. After that, they were truly gone, saying they'd send an offer letter by the last week of my notice. When I contacted them in that last week, they informed me they had hired someone else. I really didn't like this company, even though the interviews themselves were good and I cleared both rounds, I faced this kind of humiliation.
- Tell me about Javascript concepts.
- Can you explain basic DSA in JS?
- What do you know about closures?
Technical Support Specialist
I wanted to share my interview journey for the Technical Support role at QuestionPro in Pune to help other job seekers. It started with applying online, then an automated email sent me an aptitude and reasoning test. After passing that, another automated email gave me a task: build an online survey on their site using its features and logic. I submitted it as instructed. The early parts were organized and communicated well via automated emails, but the later stages were tough because of poor communication. I didn't hear back after sending the survey, and despite calling and emailing multiple times, I got no updates. Following up took a lot of time and was frustrating after putting in so much effort. I also visited their office, which gave me a feel for their workplace and culture. It seemed quite traditional, which might not be for everyone. While companies differ, I'd advise candidates to check if this fits what they're looking for and their timeline. For me, the whole process dragged on for over two months with no real end, which was a bummer. Hope this helps you set expectations and decide.

Software Engineer
Applied through LinkedIn. Got an assignment to complete and upload to Github. After uploading, had to follow up with HR for next steps. Then had a culture fit call with HR lead about expectations and other details, which was non-technical. After a week, technical round 1 was scheduled. The interviewer had network issues and the whole round was on a phone call where I was asked about NodeJS concepts and linked list. After this, HR kept giving excuses about the manager being away and financial year end. I got a different offer later and HR ghosted me after saying they would discuss my salary expectations. They wanted early joiners, but the whole process took 3 months, seemed like bad management.
- Find the middle of a linked list
- Explain all node related questions
- Explain bind, call, and apply
