I put in my application online through their site. About 4-5 days later, they emailed me to schedule a phone chat, which was set for 4 days after that. The phone call lasted around 15-20 minutes and had about 6-7 questions. The interviewer mentioned she'd pass my responses to the hiring manager and they'd follow up in 7-10 days if they wanted to move forward. Just one day later, I got an email saying they were impressed and wanted an in-person interview. A whole week later, I got a call to set up the in-person interview, which I scheduled for the following Tuesday. The interview itself was about 30 minutes and included a typing test. She asked another 6-7 questions and then answered my questions. It felt really professional, but the interviewer was relaxed and friendly.

I applied for the job and got a call for a phone interview two days later. The phone screening lasted about 20 minutes. Then I was asked to schedule an in-person interview for the following Monday. The face-to-face interview was super short, only 5 minutes. They asked 5 questions and mentioned that most of the questions they had were already covered during the phone screening. I was nervous at first, but they didn't even look at me during the interview; they were too busy writing down my responses. They said I'd get a call from the person who conducted the phone interview. It's been 2 days, and I'm still waiting to hear about an offer.

Applied for the job and got two missed calls. I called back, but it took about 3 extra days because they were hard to reach. Finally got through to Josie for a phone interview, and she invited me for an in-person interview with Deanna and another person. The interview went okay, I think. It was on a Friday, and I was told I'd hear back from Josie by Monday. I called her the following Tuesday, and she said they were still interviewing and I'd know by the end of that week. Since I didn't hear back, I emailed her, but still no response. The process started December 19th, and it's now January 6th, with training set for January 12th. I haven't gotten an offer or any word on not getting the job.
