Client Service Representative
About two weeks after I applied, a recruiter called me for a quick 20-minute phone chat. Then, a few days later, I got an email asking me to come in for an in-person interview that same week. It was pretty laid-back, with lots of questions about my personality, ethics, and values, not really about technical stuff. The department supervisor, the Client Services supervisor, and a trainer all interviewed me and were really nice.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations for a client?
- Describe a challenging situation you faced at a previous job and how you handled it.
Client Service Representative
First, I had a phone interview with the manager, then another phone interview with the department heads. After that, it was a face-to-face interview. They also had me take a personality quiz and complete a ton of paperwork. Honestly, the paperwork should have been online; it was such a waste. Some of the forms weren't even relevant to the job I applied for.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
Client Services
It was a quick and informal interview. I went into a conference room and met with two people. They asked me questions about my experience and how it would fit the role. They also had me do a few role playing scenarios. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. They offered me a position in client services on the third shift, training people in specimen receiving and logistics.
- Do you have any experience in the medical field?
- Tell me about your experience and background and how it relates to this position.
