The interview process involved a group interview where we had to introduce ourselves and remember others' introductions. Then there was a 'Marshmallow and spaghetti' challenge to test teamwork and communication skills. This was followed by a documentation check and a personal interview focusing on common questions, not clinical knowledge.

It was pretty straightforward. I had a panel interview with 3 people. They gave me a few minutes to look over some questions before asking them. I was asked 5 questions in total, covering things like conflict resolution, escalation, and a clinical question. I also got to ask them some questions. They gave me feedback at the end of the interview.
