The team was friendly and approachable about child benefits, and they answered my questions. The development process was a bit confusing with the presentation versus written exam. It would have been good to have more preparation time.

Started with a really long and difficult online application. Then got an email to set up an interview. Had a panel interview with three people, including the executive I would be supporting. It felt rushed, and one panel member seemed really uninterested, which made me think they had already decided or the role was filled. It felt like a waste of time, honestly. Didn't feel good at all.

The interview process was okay, it felt well-prepared and meaningful. I'd suggest reading up on the role more beforehand. I was looking for a change into a different sector and this seemed like the best opportunity to do so.
